I went out tonite to get a haircut (remember haircuts Howie?)..anyway, I was walking into get the haircut and noticed a whole line of people in front of a video store. They were standing outside in the cold...obviously waiting for something
So I asked the young lady who trims my locks what was going on...she told me they had been there since 10am this morning waiting to buy a Play Station 4 gizmo... So, I inquired how much one of these electronic pacifiers sells for...she told me $400 - $500 plus all the games. The average person waiting in line, did I mention in the cold?...were going to drop about $800 on this stuff. Now these weren't kids...they were "working age" adults , about 20 of them who would collectively spend about $16K So, I obviously don't appreciate the entertainment value of these modern electronic devices and what they mean to people. Good news.. the recession is over! ...if folks can spend that kind of money on toys we are definitely out of the woods financially in the USA Now, what ever happened to Lincoln Logs wilma
