? on ZL1 Vettes
Is 2 Vettes having been made correct. Heres the reason I am asking. In the March 1970 issue of Hot Rod Mag, in the "people write to Pennzoil" page a guy writes
"Ive got a Vette Sport Coupe with a 427 cubic inch (ZL-1) engine and a 4:11 posi-traction rear end and I want to get it blueprinted. Just what is a blue-print job. Also , should I use special racing oil? If so, what brand and weight. J.P.W. Ellinwood, Kansas>>>>>>> We all know what the oil recommendation would have to be but I was just courious on the number of them made and if anyone can remember back in the day if this car really was around?
