Default Musclecar Reunion, St. Louis

Memorial weekend is the Annual Muscecar Reunion, Nostalgia Drags, where our '70 LS-6 Chevelle "Red Alert" will be part of the Legends of Speed Reunion Pits, with this year's special guest, Tommy "TV" Ivo and if all goes well (long story) the ever popular Kim Howie with his '70 Gibb Camaro.

Stop by and say HI.

Musclecar Reunion

No rain this year, so everything went well.

Made a couple of exhibition passes in Red Alert, as always the crowd was surprised to see it on the track, front wheels in the air and all. Always neat to hang out in the Legend’s pits with such notables as “TV” Tommy Ivo, Larry Reyes, Harry Kalwei, and several others.

Congrats to Frank Radake, JR, who won his class in his '68 Camaro. For those who do not know the name, Frank, SR bought one new, and still owns, a Yenko Chevelle. They have had it at several SCRs, and Frank said to put it down for SCR13.

Spent some time with Rob Norman and his "hired gun" , Dru Diesner who attempted to take one of Ron's Gassers down the track. Man are those things wild.

As Tom knows I was planing to be there. I made some changes to the Gibb car. It decided it wasn't going to run. I never got it running until Saturday night. NOT A HAPPY CAMPER.
Sounds like it was a fun weekend there.
