this was my recollection of the SS Chevelles, except they usually were jacked up higher in the rear with air shocks though ...
they ALWAYS (other kinds of cars too) had the stainless steel mud flaps, those were part of the Day 2 changes

That picture with the street car going up the hill around the bend with "Fineview" on the front sign is from Pittsburgh. Pretty cool when you recognize something from your old home.
