I'm looking to get my standard non tilt column rebuilt, can you guys suggest some one who does this and will repaint it?
Any spray paint recommendations in a spray bomb for the column?
I'm just not sure if I should send it out or clean it up myself and repaint.
Thanks Rich

How do I find out the date on these columns -- I have one that (I think) came out of a 68-69 Camaro or Nova. Thanks ... TAZ

IF i recall, at the bottom of the black tube there is a date code for the column - stamped into it

67-8 Camaro are the same and 69 is different for Camaro. 9 is when the key went to the column from the dash.

The column on a 67 68 are the same but the turn signal switch plug is different on the two years.

The column I have (nontilt) is stamped "A2 321". I also has a separate "13" and "125" ... so do those numbers indicate what it came from? Thanks ... TAZ
