Maybe the reason his wife did not want him to have the motorcycle is because of the danger and she did not want to see her husband hurt or maybe killed! I get to do pretty much what I want to within reason! I love my wife she's great..... Does a lot

But, I work on average 70 hours a week. If my wife ripped into me like that(I guess I'm looking from the outside in cause she wouldn't) over something stupid like a set of saddle bags, especially in front of an audience, I tell ya I would be P*SSED.

I guess thats why I married her, great gal.

And for all the young guys in the crowd take note! The guy from the story also must not have learned about gift equity:

Allways make sure there is a good IMBALANCE of gift equity leaning heavily tward the wife. Maybe not in $ so much, although cheep never works, but in quantity and quality so when the big bomb hits and the yenko, BB vette etc arrives unexpectedly the balance is not thrown to far out of wack. You may need to take some time and build up the "gift equity inbalance" but it's well worth it. After that there isnt much she can say.
