Re: Is it a Copo?
I don't see any COPO's in that VIN range. There was a batch of Yenko's that had VIN's earlier than that car but then there is a jump in VIN's before the next batch. So I would doubt it's a COPO. What are the indicators that make you think it might be a COPO?

Re: Is it a Copo?
has 12 bolt base model no options no fin factory x44 body code. Where do you find a vin list for copo? I found for Yenko

Re: Is it a Copo?
The 12 bolt in a COPO would be coded BE...Go look on the pass side axle tube facing the front and write down what the code is.

Re: Is it a Copo?
An X44 could have been a SS 350 w/o style trim. Does it have a small block heater core with the inlet/ outlet to the far right side of the cover? Small block radiator, motor mounts and tranny crossmember?

X44 with a small block would be a base car 307 or 350 2bbl motor. |
Re: Is it a Copo?
Could be a 327 also.
