69 Nova firewall paint codes as well as VIN numbers

Few pics of the “A69” underneath the firewall paint for the Cortez silver, wax crayon mark from fisher.

Also curious why the vin is stamped twice behind heater box 6 inches apart?

Ive looked for good info on dshaft stripes and havent found a solid answer, im sure there were assembly line anomalies but to have a single fuel line and correct alt with pulleys as well as the clips...
