Default Hugger Orange Yenko - where is it?

I just talked with a local guy that owned a '69 Hugger Orange/Black vinyl top/houndstooth interior Yenko Camaro. He said that it was bought from the original owner in North Carolina and it was an untouched car (original everything except battery). Also said it was a M22 and he sold it in 2001 to a collector in MI. The car still had the original tires included with the car when he bought it. They were removed after about 18k miles and stored.
I didn't have more time to talk with him so this is the only info I have at this time. It was very interesting to hear about a Yenko in my backyard and not ever hear about it. I wish that I could have been able to buy it back then.
Anyone know of this car?

Pretty sure John's is an automatic. However, there was a Rallye Green, black vinyl top, 4 spd Yenko in your back yard (& mine) that we both missed. That one went to North Carolina, I think.

There is an old website called the Camaro Homepage".
http://www.holisticpage.com/camaro/camaros_fs.htm
If you read down to the part about Yenko cars, he mentions an NC car but doesn't say what color or any other particulars about it other than being fast.
