Default Big Block Valve Covers

Can anyone identify these valve covers as far as application, year, etc. They have original Drippers and Chrome and are in great shape. I thought the 70 LS6 had that notch on the drivers side cover. Thanks,

Paul

Not positive, but I believe they are early 71's. Later 71 covers went to non-chrome. (orange painted)

Would these be for a Camaro, Chevelle, Nova, or Corvette?

Hard to see in the photos but the oil fill hole appears to be configured for a rubber plug. A twist-on cap requires notches for the retaining ears. The rubber plug was '71-up.

I have little doubt they are 71 covers, what their exact application is i'm not sure of though... My guess is Corvette, but could also be Camaro.
