I´m putting together an engine useing a #3932386 block with 2-bolt mains. Colvin list this block as a 210 hp 327 in 1969 Camaros only. (It was used in a variety of cars and cui-versions as a 4-bolt block). Colvin says it was used from August of 1968 until approximately January of 1969.
My block was originally used to build a 1969 235 hp 327 Pass. engine at the McKinnon factory in Canada on October 24 (K1024FB). What I don´t understand is the casting date which is 8 K 9, in that order. Does that mean 1968 Nov 9, which is after the build-date of the engine ? Any ideas ?
