Default Trailer vibration..

Perhaps some of you towing gurus can answer this one..

We have a Triton snowmobile trailer, holds two sleds and has a clam shell top. It sits a lot during the off season and acts as a garage for the sleds. Last year I noticed a vibration when I would first hit the road with the trailer behind my Tahoe...the vibration was very obvious...but a after 5 miles or so would go away

I thought the tires had developed flat spots from sitting...so this year I put on two new tires and on the first trip north....same thing happens!

**different car this time...later model Suburban

I hooked up the trailer again yesterday to move it north for the summer...same thing again. The vibration is very noticeable...but always goes away after some driving.

So, I'm looking for ideas/suggestions/comments...not sure where to look. I grease the bearings periodically...but, I haven't taken the hubs apart to inspect.

The noise and vibration concern me...any help would be appreciated.
