85 GMC Carb Project...
My Sunday morning project was to remove the QJ from our 85 GMC truck and send it to Dr. Eric for an overhaul. [long overdue]
Everything went smooth until I removed the kick-down cable connection...the plastic/rubber grommet fell apart. So while this won't impact the rebuild I will need to replace that little gizmo for the re-install. Any ideas on where I can get one of these little parts...and can it be changed on the existing cable?? -wilma
