Can anyone who has recently gone through the replacement or restoration process give me some insight on locating the trim on the car?
My factory vinyl top has been long gone, so I have no clip pins to go by, or no measurements to start me out with. What are the two big trim fasteners for? Are they for the rear deck? Does the trim start out in the center of the corner of the windshield opening or more toward the drip rail? I think if i could get some measurements from the drip rail in the front, near the where the quarter window chrome meets the drip rail, the end of the drip rail in the rear, and maybe a couple other places along the corners of the back window, I think I can get started.
