They are using stolen sellers names and passwords and using a picture on the net. Then when its sold they send you a notice that you are protected against fraud by a so called "e-bay Saftey Board Company". Then they want you to send a "Western Union only" to them and save you some money?? SCAM SCAM SCAM. We caught one last week when winning wheels and tires. They seem to like selling goods in the 400.00 to 500.00 dollar range so you only get burned for 2 to 3 hundred and you learned a lesson.
