Is the Rad Tag on an 69 Nova L78/4spd the same as an L78 Camaro?

ZD IL 00 42.....What significance is the "42" ?

Yep...used on 1969 L-34 & L-78 M/T Nova,and L-35,L-34 & L-78~L-89 M/T 1969 Camaro too.

"42" stands for the assembly station.
