Thanks for the info everybody. I talked to Mr. Barker yesterday and we discussed some options. I am going to be very interested in what FLP can help me come up with as it appears the Stage II is my only option. Ultimately my goal here is to create the ultimate street machine; branded with Nickey and FLP, for the craftsmanship only they can provide! Plus, making it one of the first of its kind here in Vegas... I also want a car I can pass down to my son someday knowing we have had a lifetime of memories and a lot of fun in it. No price can be put on that!

Rich...if you register the car in Nye County [Pahrump, NV], there are no emmisions requirements/regulations and Stefano can build you a street monster that can wear Nevada license/registration. For several years I owned property in Pahrump for that very reason. It's been a couple years since I had reason to register a car in Nye County, so you may want to double check smog requirements with DMV in Pahrump.

no problem, Mr Bimbi...Pahrump, NV, is only an hour drive from Las Vegas, so it's not a huge hassle to register a car over there. Thousands of people commute from Pahrump to Las Vegas every day for work.

Hey Stefano, I was wondering with all of the different ways you approach people's hp goals, is there a standard way you choose to rate the hp?
Specifically, from stage I to the stage ? twin turbo config are they all run on a engine dyno and then rated at crank horsepower? I am asking because on another forum I enjoy, nearly everyone who posts seems to have adopted whp ratings. Obviously the chp numbers tend to stroke our egos and I certainly like what you are doing with the cars but was hoping to get a little better understanding of the way they are being rated. I sure would love to feel the kind of acceleration one of your TT Camaros offers! ![]() |
