Well according to all record,both of ZUL's cars have been accounted for.Interesting though that Zul owned Joe Satmary's car and that car was originally Hugger Orange.I am the current high bidder on it.I fell in love with the look,and plan on putting my current 73 firebird race car back to a street car and using this as my bracket car.Even if it doesnt certify I am not worried.My engine runs 10.40's in my 3500# car,if it went 9.80's in this car,I would just dial it back a little.I am actually really interested in wet sanding it down and doing some history on it.This car neds a 70 full bumper pro nose and snorkle hood,the rear treatment redone and a hose down of hugger orange.I am sure it needs a lot more then that,but thats the look I would like.

Of course I have to win it first.I met the reserve at 3800.That price may be a tad high for a plain old washed up bracket car in this condition,but I am a mid 70's prostock nut,so this thing is what I am all about.Being 40 miles from my house is an real bonus too.I wish I saw this auction a little sooner.

I just got a 2nd chance offer from the seller ... hmmm maybe he doesn't think you are going to come through?

I think that is a heck of a deal, especially with you only being 40 miles away

I just contacted the seller because the deal isnt going to work for me.They may relist the car if the 2nd chance deal falls through.If anybody on here buys it I want to be kept in the loop on how it goes.This car will go down in my book as "The one that got away"
