Sure, I don't like the way they expedite customer service issues, but that's par for the course when it comes to ANY company (especially on the phone). And, sure, I hate people who ruin the honesty code . . . but that's not eBay's fault. Simply put, eBay is a great channel to find things and sell things, and I find their money grabs reasonable (at least for what they sell). If there is a need for a better mousetrap, someone will develop it.
