IMHO, this is a very carefully worded ad--- Motion did not jump into Corvettes until 1969. This is simply a car built with "over the counter parts" installed at some guy's shop.
I think the car is BEAUTIFUL and very unique. But it is not a Motion Car---Joel Rosen will not authenticate these cars.

A local friend bought a 69 L-71 Corvette--drove to Motion Performance in Long Island--spent a ton of money having Motion install their goodies. The guy still owns the car and Joel sent him a letter in 1983, long before prices went crazy; refusing to authenticate such a car "built over the counter".

If you like the car, buy it. But it is what it is.
