If this is the case - you need to be alot more honest in your listings about what you know and what you dont know. I have a BE rear that I have been sitting on for a few years now - I know the history on the rear for years and have confidence it is real but if you do not you should really just state in the listing that you cannot verify the authenticity.

This is so true - terrible that people like this destroying parts to remake them into something else that they are not. In the end there will be stacks of restamped parts that are about worthless and you wont even be able to find a BL rear if you need one.

Where there are people willing to pay money for what they think are real parts there will always be low lifes that will fake them and steal thier money.
