yeah, the red L78 vette survivor went for $188K outside of the auction. My wife and I were thinking the auction house ran up the bid and really did not know if those were real bids during the auction.
But with it selling outside the auction for that much, I feel pretty good about rare big block vette prices hanging in there. Good bargains at that auction.

I owned that car. It is the only benchmark certified red/red 396 convertible known. I sure hope that the new owner enjoys his purchase.
