Does anyone have some advice as to where I can guide the appraiser to get some information on my 02 Phase 2 car. It seems to be very hard to find comps. I need to update my insurance policy.
Thanks, Tim |

Finding out if the one available at the Mecum Kissimmee Auction in Jan/10 sold and if so what $ it brought would probably be a good indicator of today's market value!.

Go to an insurance company that insures classic and specialty vehicles, like Hagerty in traverse city Mich, or a similar company. They allow you to do a stated value policy (within reason), as to what you believe the car to be worth, amount invested, plus rarity apprieciation, etc. They are also affordable as they know classic car owners are careful with their cars and watch out for them, as well as not drive them much. I had a 55 chevy I insured for $25,000 full coverage for $650 a year.
