Don't want to beat this horse too much, but I always like to at least get the info correct.
Apparently there is a reason the 70 Camaro owners can't agree on the color of the radio faceplate: From the Nastyz28 site: <span style="color: #FF0000"><span style="font-weight: bold">I don't know if anyone else has noticed but if you look in the 1970 Camaro assembly manual (UPC U63 & U69, sheet A2) you will find the following: AM radio (U63) - 7313491 replaced 11-21-69 by 7933241 AM-FM radio (U69) 7312321 replaced 11-21-69 by 7933251 Even though the date change was 11-21-69 the actual change on the assembly line was obviously much later (sometime during production in 1970). The GM part number in the assembly manual corresponds to the Product No. on the radio tag.</span></span> Mine is the 7933251, so would be one installed after the change on the assy line, whenever that was. One owner of a 70 03D car confirmed a blue tint face on a car he bought new. Here is a pic of the tag on the radio I am selling:

I thought I read a while ago, because the newly designed 1970 camaro was released later then normal that year, might have something to do with this.Of course the contradicting argument there is,if the later released 1970 camaro got the blue face radio, why didn't the other 1970 Chevrolet cars released during that same time line get it too.
