If he's gonna make it a hot rod,not too much. If its a flipper, alot. There are a lot of nice cars out there for the money right now, it's still a buyers market IMO. Not saying 100k supercars, but plenty of 10-15k cars. Pulling a frame rail ( for me anyway) is no small job and can lead to other issues. I would not rush into anything. The car does look nice and it's "red" so it's appealing. There is a 69 Spoiler on the car. Rich
