Yes, true on the $250K -$400K builds....a perfect example is the '69 RAD ROD's by Troy:
$600k build that's still for sale after 3 years of begging ,,,,for $159k now. My high end pro-touring car opinion was more towards the $100K-$150K builds....they bring initial investment + But a complete #'s matching 69 Z not being restored is pure stupidity !!! In '84 we bought the 1980 COBO Hall winner, the Bonneville Chopped Twin Turbo Vette/ Jag suspended '34 3 window for a 1/3 off the build cost. Same holds true today......
