BV Waterpump Pulley

Not mine but I saw a BV Pulley advertised up in Winnipeg if anyone here's in need?
Part # is incorrectly noted as 3947284BV but pictured item # 3947824BV also it looks original?
I know there's repops out there but does anyone know if this one looks genuine or not and a good deal?
