I have a Hurst shifter for a muncie, Not Original, but not cheaply made new stuff. I know it fits 67 and 68 Camaro and Nova With or without Console but it fits more that I don't know of off my head. Chrome isn't perfect but it's decent. It's slightly pitted but nothing you can't get out or just get the stick rechromed. Needs some Bushings and Clips. Comes with Original bolts that go through the shifter. Has a vintage Hurst T handle on it. The mount Is the u-bolt style. Here are the numbers:
273902 stamped on front with 2083 comp. Plus body 6836 Handle 2445 Reverse Lever 5287 & 5286 1/2 3/4 Levers 5307 3/4 Rod 2145 1/2 Rod 3691 Reverse Rod $400 obo for everything

The 273902 shifter body and 6836 handle are for fullsize Chevy but the other pieces are correct for both fullsize Chevy and Camaro/Firebird. The correct 60's era Camaro shifter body is 150043 and the handle is 4106. You have a correct 60's era shifter for a fullsize Chevy. Very cool item.

Thanks for The info, I wasn't sure what it was for because it's Out of a 67 Camaro with a console. I know it fits but maybe it's not for it specifically. Hurst says the handle is for 70-72 Camaro not 60s that's my bad. But as for the shifter I've never seen that number before.

The 273902 shifter body number is a serial number that was used on the early shifters.
Hurst later changed to a shifter ID number 391-xxxx |

Is this shifter for a 66/67 or 68/69 full size car?
Thanks, Steve |

I was going by what the shifter fits, not the levers.
