I'm thinking about tackling frame next. I'm sure it's a bit crusty under there after 17 years of service in Midwest and don't want to open up a huge can of worms.
Possibly wire brush the crusty stuff and then use POR or a similar rust product.

I did put new axles on this trailer is 2011.
