I was not aware that the E70x15 wide tread was an option on any GM car in 1969. It was standard on the Z/28, COPO 9737 and the JL8 non Z/28 cars, but I have not seen it listed as a stand a lone option before.

I am glad that you posted the original sticker.

Not sure how it happened but the E7015 tires were included with the Z28 package. The Goodyear was the primary tire used, and Firestone SC200 were probably installed on less than 20% of Z28's. They were equivalent tires no price difference.
