Cool! Side stripes look Dick Harrell'ish. Below pic is a Harrell LS6 Nova from April 1970 Car Craft. If it works, here's the whole article @ links below... ~ Pete http://www.sonic.net/bbdon/free/IItruck01.jpg http://www.sonic.net/bbdon/free/IItruck02.jpg http://www.sonic.net/bbdon/free/IItruck03.jpg http://www.sonic.net/bbdon/free/IItruck04.jpg http://www.sonic.net/bbdon/free/IItruck05.jpg http://www.sonic.net/bbdon/free/IItruck06.jpg .

It's be nice if the pic of the rear part of the stripe were a little better resolution....appears to be a badge(?) there.
It's kind of like trying to make out the badge in this pic: http://photobucket.com/gallery/user/...Zi5qcGc=/?ref= |

Both cars are super cool but that Nova is unreal. Those 1000 cfm Thermoquads were the go to carb back then (along with the Holley 950 3 barrel for that matter) and worked
very well especially on big block Buicks. Still used by Buicks guys today. Worked great on mine.

Any idea how many Harrell LS6 Novas were built? Are any accounted for?

TBH, I'm not aware of any being built, the car in the pic appears to be the first Harrell '70 Nova I've ever heard of!!!

Dave Libby had told me when we were documenting the 70 DH Camaro that they had built "a few" DH Novas and Caminos. I never got any solid numbers.
