Hi... I have seen 1 maybe 2 cars like that. Not sure if they were in the 70's. I think they had an abbreviation on the order with "SPEC' marked on it for paint.....

Just thought of another Vette I saw at a shop I worked from. It was delivered in primer from the factory, not sure of the year, 70-72....
