Default Rough '71 Corvette Project, #s 350/4-sp, Docs

I dig the red on red...but these cars seem inexpensive enough that I wouldn't buy one in this condition unless it were something really special (LT-1, etc). My question is...what exactly is the damage shown - it it structural corrosion or fiberglass damage? Looks a little scary.
