Yep, it's nice to look at, but the price seems quite ambitious for an Elco.
The one red flag for me is his statement that it comes with it's original GEORGIA title...  My neighbor bought a '72 Elco out of the Atlanta area several years ago and it didn't have a title, just registration papers and he had a long fight with the MN DMV about that and bonding the vehicle for 3 years.

I like the black vinyl top on this car, the price seems ambitous but who knows...I haven't had any issues buying older cars out of Georgia in Fl. Yes, they're sold on registration only like NY but here in Fl that doesn't seem to be an issue.

… this is a neat Elky though ,1970, L78 , 4 speed , build sheet documented, It’s a great driver , but I really should give it a frame off restoration…

The Elco having it's original title(since it was a 1 owner vehicle) does not raise a red flag for me. At the moment I have 9 vehicles that I bought that are registered to someone else. Two have open titles and the rest are on bill of sale.
