Pre- urethane bumpers makes it look like it's still in the muscle car era. I hear ya on the rust "patina". We have that in MN and WI too and it's all too common and just as destructive to the vehicles. Where I work, we have 1 guy that all he does is repair/rebuild frames under trucks and suv's, mostly Toyota's, but there are plenty of Ford and Chev's that come thru too. We've seen if for 6 years now, but with the current shortage of vehicles, the requests to save a rusted vehicle far outnumber the vehicles he can keep up with.
