I'm not saying the $3250 BIN price is out of line, but if you could somehow get this one for around $2k, I don't think you would get hurt too bad. Would be fun to clean up and get running/driving with minimal cosmetics. I know I'd rock it around town during the warm months.

Looks like you got your wish.
Hit the button, man. I don't see any rust issues that scare me. What DOES scare me is NO pictures of the underside. If the floors are solid, it might be worth a shot.

Someone needs to buy this. Turbo cars are awesome.
Relisted with a minimum bid of $800. I would think the turbo parts would be worth that. AND its a vert with a 4 speed!!! Auction ends Christmas day at 1:00 pm. https://www.ebay.com/itm/154755659850

I know it! But you’re in OK and I’m in MI…I don’t know how I would get it to me without tripling the cost.

Currently at $860. Just for the heck of it, I priced out transport and it's around $1800 to my door, so it would be tough for me to justify.

I guess everyone charges a lot more for a dead head than one you can drive onto the trailer.
For what it's worth, I asked the seller for pics of the underside. No response.

Yeah, I would need pics of the floor too. By the look of the top and severely weathered back seat, I'd say it sat out side for a long time.
About 6-7 years ago, I brought a 1966 Corsa convert back to MN from Aurora, CO. It had sat in a pole building for 30 years and was dry and solid. I sold it a couple years later at a swap meet and the guy lived about 30 miles away, so I dropped it off in his driveway. He said he would put it in his extra garage in the next few days. I drive by there a few times a year and it is STILL sitting outside, in his driveway, rotting away... ![]()

BUT.... if the floors are solid this may be the buy of the year.
Check out this pic: Is that rust through showing daylight? Or is it just some white stuff laying on that channel?

Auction ends Christmas day. Unless some folks already have a snipe bid in, I doubt it will bring much.
One of the best ebay deals I ever got was 20 years ago tomorrow. I promised my daughter that I would buy her a really nice car if she got an academic scholarship to college. She did. She drove all kinds of cars, all one to two years old. Decided she wanted an Audi A4 Quattro with the V6 ..... but it had to be a stick shift. Only one I could find was on ebay, down in Houston. We flew down and drove it home. She put over 200k miles on that car, and we never even had to put a clutch in it. Can't say that about my turbo bimmer. Ended up totaled in a hail storm a few years ago.
