Happy to report that after a month the wiring is complete!

What a nightmare. But, pretty much everything electrical is new which solves pretty much all the problems I was having. I’ll send the old rocker switches over to NJSteve since i know this year’s Christmas lights extravaganza may need some individual control and these 1amp flimsy rocker switches are just the ticket to a fun-filled light show….in not so many ways

Now I have a stock looking panel again and Lucas, the English Prince of Darkness Electrical Demon, is safely tucked into new wiring so he should be contained until the next victim, er, owner, gets the car!

I also replaced the transmission fluid with Redline MT-90 which is what the Jag guys swear by, apparently, so smoother shifts. In final fluid flushing fortitude, I replaced the canister oil filter with a spin on adapter.

Just a few minor things to redo (carpet, button the interior back up) and I’ll be back on the road. That’s enough Jag right now. Time to get back on the 507!!!!

Cheers
Dave
