Default Firestone Wide Oval Info Needed

A friend recently picked up this Firestone Wide Oval F-70 14" tire and was wondering what car, if any, it would have be factory correct for. Is there a date code on these tires? Does it have any value?
Thank you, James

I don't recall a tread pattern like that on a Wide Oval. Retread?

That's why I asked for the tread pic. I suspected it was a retread from the sidewall.

Retread or not, the only OEM applications I can recall for any Firestone Sup-R-Belt wide oval tire are in F60-15 size on Camaro Z28's, Chevelle SS, and Ford Mustang Mach 1 or Boss 351 in the early 70's. Can't recall any F70-14 applications, but then we're talking 50 years and a whole lotta beers ago.....
