DR Classics sells a striker with the rotating sleeve and I "think" the head is torx.

Kinda hard to see well at that angle. I think the set I bought are torx, but the car is in storage, so I can't look at them right now.

The transition from Allen to Torx striker began late production 1969. I know they were in Sept of 69 built cars but also could be found in Aug cars.
