Default AC Tachometer 6468903

I am going through a stash of vintage gauges and came across this one. It uses the same housing as the 1967 Chevelle blinker tachometer but is a 5,000 RPM tach and does not have the turnk signal blinker on the dial. The part number on the wiring sheath is 6468903. Does anyone know the application or have a book to look it up. I imagine it was a truck accessory but am curious to know for sure. Guesses are fun too...

Thanks,

Jason
