Default Corvette hood value

I believe this is a original 67 corvette hood
Few layers of paint that's comming off and a couple extra holes on the underside. Any value?? If I can figure a price, I'll throw it up in the for sale section.

----If you need to move it out of your life ask $1,000 to $1,200. If you are willing to wait a bit ask $1,500 to maybe $1,650. If you want to spend the time and a couple of bucks strip it to bare glass carefully. That will help!....Bill S

I agree with Bill, he's on target. It looks like someone modified it for a hood support on the other side, probably for a small block Corvette.

yes, was used on small block car as Tim mentioned and not sure why but the 424 holes have been enlarged. I'm thinking sell as Bill suggested $ wise but don't bother with paint removal.

I'm sure someone will want it, they changed the supplier for GM in the 70's and those are a different configuration on the bottom. That makes an original hood rarer.

----I think those newer ones are one piece injection molded plastic of some sort. The 1st one I ever saw I couldn't believe it....Bill S
