Just got my desk done for my bodyshop office.I built it out of a 69 Z 28 front clip.I would like to put a picture up here for you to see but am not sure how to do it. Some give me a quick lesson and i'll post a couple pic's. Thanks Duane

Duane, I assume the picture is on your hard drive. Go ahead and make a "reply" to this thread. When you've typed in what you want to say, below where you input the words there is a box or something for "preview and/or add a file". Click that box and you should find a place to "browse" to add a picture. Just click "browse" until you find the file and then you probably hit "upload" or something. Good luck.

I wanted to list it right in my post but I had to down size it a lot just to get it to work this way. I have a couple more angles but im not happy with having to make them so small, not that I expected to have the whole screen size!! Just a decent size you didnt have to squint to see!!
Thanks Duane

That desk is great. Do you have drawers built in also?

Actually what I did was use 2 small fileing cabinets and put one on each side of my chair. I didnt want to drill any holes anywhere so i only used existing holes.I bought it as an original Z front end at a swap meet. All 3 Z emblems are original, the hood had a dent right in the middle so I didnt sacrafice a good hood and hacked it just ahead of the dent, the inner fenders are rust free and the outer fenders had minimal rust. It's a real good conversation piece as one guy stopped to buy it to put on his car ,instead I bought the car.
My shop is on a state hiway and my office has huge picture windows in the front so it gets a little attention by passers by. It is an excellent way to maybe have a chance to buy up more muscle. Dont know if you can see but I cut 1/2 a bowtie in the top at the back. Duane

Ok that is so COOL!!! I am going to have to get me one of those but cut up a YENKO!! No just kidding! No stones please! I really want to see that thing. I really like the diamond plating on the wall! Very sharp.
