I don't know what the laws are like in Michigan, but in New York State that spells FELONY!
In 1985, I was selling a 1970 SS396 Chevelle that needed a complete restoration and I had a guy look at the car and offered me money just for the Cowl Tag and the VIN Plate. I was only 18 years old then and knew even then that I could get arrested for doing that. The car ended up getting sold to the next guy who looked at it. Some people take risks... |

Man, this retard is a class act. Look at his other auction's title. He pasted this line of crap on the other auction about twenty minutes after I informed him that fraud is illegal:
[ QUOTE ] this auction is for whole car, what you do with the parts after it is sold to you is not my problem, or do i care what parts you use on what car. there is an error in the listing- i can not mail tags and title legally, you must come get whole car with in 10 days, unless we make other arangements at end of auction. notice that this auction is for a whole car for sale and this is where it is listed, it is a whole car for sale with title [/ QUOTE ] I really hope there is a special place in Hell for criminals like this guy.

It was almost like his "ears were ringing"!
![]() He added two comments to the auction, now stating that he will only sell the entire car, not just the Cowl Tag and the VIN Tag. |
