Chevrolet parts and service garbage can Original?

... worked at a very old dealer as a kid and had friends at the other's in the area..never saw one there..how scrungy is it around the bottom couple of inches...everyone we had was a little rough from the old broom even in the parts dept...and the ones anywhere near the shop had a protective layer of oil to prevent rust,lol...could be a repop from the 80's when they were making a bunch of that kind of stuff
