Wow. I had a fast as hell 85 Honda SI civic back a few years ago. I had more fun beating some v8 Chev stuff. They never knew what they were up against. Light and fast for what it was. I will never forget the 4 teenagers in a Late model Z-28 ragtop that laughed at my loud muffler at a stoplight one time. When the light changed, I put a half a car length on them and then missed 2nd and still beat them by 3 car lengths. Today I was reminded of that litte shoebox car when I was watching the Chicago auto show on TV and Honda had a concept 2006 Civic SI on the show. Man, I could lust for that one. 200 hp? If it is as much fun as the one that I had years ago I just may have to sign up for one. The say it just might show up as a 2006 regulal production car. I hope so. That was my econo car back when I bought the big house. Had to sell a few of my playthings (Street Vettes)to afford it. I picked it up just to use as a cheap used car to drive for a while because the house payments were huge for the first two years. ($2,300) I didn't have any idea it was so fast till I drove it. Man it was a fun little car.
