Hey Thanks everyone, Woow, great info. I'm suprised to hear there were so many diffen't grinds! I just love hearing about the good old days! I wish i could have expereanced the hey days but i'm only 34!

I looked through a few things I have.. I think the "J" grind might have been the .625-626 lift cam. I have an article on a wildass '68 Motion SS427 L88 Chevelle and it saids it had the "J" cam but didn't list any specs. The "C" grind was .610 lift and is in the Ko-Motion Vette. Thats all I found but I only looked quick. [/ QUOTE ] I have an article from CARS 1972 that says the full comp. cam for the ZLX was a CHI .625 lift. Mark |
