Default 70 Yenko Deuce

Spied a 68-70 Nova in a driveway while working in a local neighborhood..has a black deuce type stripe on the back..red car. Need some Deuce specific items so I can go check it out later in the week when I go back. Appears to have been sitting for quite sometime as half the cover has rotted off exposing only the rear of the car. I can see the rear marker light and some of the quarter window and of course the stripe up and over the trunklid. but that is all. I'll try and get a vin when I go back. I would have taken some pictures but my digital camera was overcome by gravity and is now being repaired. Anyone have a pic of the rear quarter marker light? Are they different for each year 68-69-70? Not familiar with Novas at all but if it is the real deal, I'll definatley make a play for it. Thanks

Albert

Yeah Google Earth is really cool. I have had it for a couple weeks. They did a nice job with it. Very impressive.

The sidemarker light on 70s are about twice as long as a 68 69. Look for a Yenko emblem on the right lower corner of the trunk lid, and under the nova emblem on each fender. It should have a swaybar, or the hanger mounts welded to the area in front. and above the gas tank. Hood tach, Yenko deuce on the door panels. Bench seat 731 interior, disc brakes. Sounds like you have a correct color. Good luck.

Based on an old list I got from Marlin there is one CR Deuce unaccounted for sold out of NJ. Good luck!
