On a side note just because its in Calif doesnt mean it has to be a LA car. Have to remember people move in and out of different states all the time and take cars with them. Only way you can get GM paperwork for the car if none is with it when you buy it is if its a Canadian sold car which GM of Canada would have to be contacted for that info, of course for a fee as well.
