Chicago's Midway Chevrolet

Here is a question for all of you friendly folk in "The Windy City", I was reading a book called "Chevrolet Chronicle" on page 112 in the lower corner of the page is "Midway Chevrolet" are they connected to Nickey?

Two completely different entities as far as I know.

I have never heard of Midway Chevrolet.

There wasn't a Chevy dealership near Midway Airport with the same title (logical?)...the closest was probably Becker Chevrolet at 81st & Harlem. I recall a Buick dealership at 63rd & Central but cannot come up with its name. It must be that C.R.A.F.T. Syndrome the doctor keeps telling me about.
