What kind of 1967 Chevelle is this?
If you got the Protect-O-Plate then give us the info on there and we can help. Also the VIN and whats on the body plate on the drivers side firewall (under hood) have body trim and possible body options that will provide more detail. Pictures are the best as often errors are made in reading them.

The fan shroud (metal) and 12 bolt helps. If original motor it should have a Holley and an aluminum intake.

CBTN shows EP as the code for a 3 or 4 speed 325hp/327 in a 1967 Chevelle.
